A district is an individual entity for all administrative purposes and has some geographical contiguity. Distinct divisions of a country basing on cantors such as river lines, land marks of terrains,hill ranges slopes and habitat is the ab initio concept of making a country well connected well looked after and united as a federate state. Regions should be self supporting growth centers providing for trade and employment in one or other forms making available local resources and technology.
