“Speech” is a natural gift for the human being. Speech is also a unique characteristic of homo-sapiens. While animals use sound as a tool for communication, only man uses speech for communication. Speech allows us to transmit information faster than other types of activities.
Thus,  speech becomes one of the tools for human beings to be superior to other creatures in this universe. In this context, the man who knows the methods to speak in public will be considered as superior in this advanced society.
About 2000 years ago, Thiruvalluvar, a great Tamil Poet and Scholar wrote Thirukkural (non-religious book) that guides people on better living. For “The might of the word, ” Thiruvalluvar quoted as follows:
- The possession of goodness in speech is better than any other goodness.
- Since wealth and evil result from our speech, we should most carefully guard ourselves against faultiness therein. 
- Speak in such a way that the quality binds those who hear, and makes those who don’t hear yearn to hear.
- Understand the qualities of your audience and plan your speech accordingly; for superior to it, there is neither virtue nor wealth. 
- Deliver your speech, after assuring yourself that no counter-speech can defeat your own. 
- Speaking alluring words, and seeking to learn when others speak, is the way of those with impeccable qualities.
- If he is capable with words, tireless, and fearless; it is impossible to confront and defeat him.
- The world will instantly pay heed to those who can speak coherently and pleasingly.
- They will desire to utter many words, who do not know how to speak a few faultless ones. 
- Those who cannot convey, and make others comprehend, what they have learned are like a bunch of bloomed flowers that have no fragrance.

The comment Indian inflation and   RBI 

 How RBI alone can contain inflation? Here in Indian context the meaning of inflation does not straight away fit into the attributes of inflation as the economic meaning suggests..Here scarcity is prevalent amidst plenitude and rich persist among the poorest. And the resources are resoundingly rich whereas their utility is pocketed by very few of the very governing the people. The Independent India spends a rupee to lay a road where as the road takes only 00.11 part of it at the most. A project is built by the government which if built by people truthfully using their love and care takes a twentieth of its cost. In an economy if officials and politicians are capable of mud slinging with connotations using thugs and pindaris do we need to doubt that they are (THE THUGS AND PINDARIS) extinct? No they are alive and awake looting all the major tenders and sharing the public money but and saving the same in foreign banks besides making MAHALS OF erstwhile MAHARAJAS. The serpent is eating the riches with all its thousand heads spewing the venom where ever it is opposed. Inflation ? It is inflamation. Stagnation? COMMENTS: The common test method definitely has advantages to ameleorate the hardships of applying to different colleges which generally start up their their study work on different calander dates causing great difficulty and financial loss in addition to loosing the choice as to the university and college. It will enable a candidate to choose the college while saving the application fee, admission fee in different colleges in the event of getting a choicest selection at a later date after paying the fee in one particular university. I am one of such loosers and just because my councelling in Osmania University was delayed for 10 days and since I paid the admission fee and could not apply for refund or transfer of fee in a week days time said which they would generally allow for withdrawals and I LITERALLY had to forgo RS. 50000/ and further sum of Rs.100000/ in moving up and down for my prayers for refund through different authorities to ANDHRA UNIVERSITY. between the Jigs and the Reels

    Between the Jigs and the Reels
    Between a jig and a reel
    what is there?
    Only one beat
    escaped from a ribcage....
    Tunes are migratory
    and fly from heart to heart
    intimating
    that there's a pattern
    to life's pulls and draws.
    Because what matters to us most
    can seldom be told in words
    the heart's moods are better charted
    in its own language --
    the rhythm of Cooley's accordion
    which could open the heart of a stone,
    John Doherty's dark reels
    and the tune that the sea taught him,
    the high parts of the road and the underworlds
    which only music and love can brave
    to bring us back to our senses
    and on beyond.

రిక్తహస్తాలతో దిగంతాలని కొలవాలనుకున్నా
తీతువు కూతతో వులిక్కిపడింది నా అహం  
బ్రహ్మాన్ని మిధ్యగాఎంచి పొంచివున్న చీకట్లోనే
జగాన్ని గజాలలో కొలుస్తా,కానీ ఆకాశము క్షతగాత్రము
నక్షత్ర చిదాచిద్కిరణాలు నా చూపుని చిదిమేస్తున్నాయి
కాస్సేపు కళ్ళుమూసుకు చూస్తా,సద్యోమార్గము గోచరించచ్చు
 బయలుదేరినచోటికే చెరుతున్నా గమనము భ్రమణమైనది
కళ్ళుతెరుద్దామనుకున్నా,చీకటివెలుగులడ్డవుతున్నాయి
సత్యమో అసత్యమో మృత్యుగహ్వరపు అంచులు తగిలాయి
విహ్వలమైనది,వైతరిణి కాబోలు,దాటలేనే,
మతి గతిలోకిరావాలని కళవళ పడిపోతోంది
ఏ దేవతలూ,అడ్డురారే,మిధ్యామూర్తులేనా
నేతలచిన దేముళ్ళు పలికితే బాగుండును
అదిగో అజాగళము దర్శనమిస్తోంది,
దాని క్షీరాన్ని గ్రోలితే జ్ఞానోదయమౌతుంది
కధ తెల్లారడానికీ,ప్రాణము చల్లారడానికీ
పనికొచే పడవ అదిగో షోణ నదిలో వుంది
ఈస్తంభాన్నిక వదిలి ఆపడవెక్కుతా.

 

స్వయం క్రాంతి


నా నాలిక చీలికలో అహం
--నామ్రోలన నీవని యతికి ప్రతిగా
 ప్రతి లిప్తా మాటకి మాటగా--
నేపాడే పాటకి పోటుగా
 దేముదంటే దయ్యమని --
మంచంటే చెడుగు అనీ పది గొంతులతో
 గొడుగు విప్పి చీకటి పరుస్తోంది -
తనేమో చీకట్లో నిద్దరోతుంది --
వెలుగవ్వదు గుడ్డి వెలుగులో
నేనీ మ్రోలన నిలుచుంటే
 నాకన్నా తెగ బారెడు నీడై --
తెగ నవ్వుతుంది మనసు
విశద పరుద్దామనుకొంటే --
 కొక్కిరిశ్తుంది నే సిగ్గుగా
గుడ్డకప్పుకుంటే--సిగ్గులేకుండా
 గంతులేస్తుంది నే దండంపెడితే
తను తడిమి చూస్తుంది తప్పంటే
తప్పకుండా--తప్పే చూస్తుంది
నే తప్పు చేస్తుంటే --చెప్పకుండా
ఊరుకుంటుంది ,నే కర్ణుడిని కాను
 అసలే చెవిటిని--అయినా చెవిలో
ముల్లవుతుంది వద్దంటే సోది --
విననంటే సూది నువ్వసలు పసువ్వేనని --
ముక్కునేలకి రాస్తుంది అయినా
 వెలుగే నేనని తను చీకతని
నా అహం అహరహం చాటుకునే
నేను నిజంగానే విక్రుతినేమో
 చీలికలో దాగున్న తనే--నన్ను
 తట్టి లేపే నేజమేమో భగవాన్మమ్మల్ని
 కలిపెయ్యి--కలత లేకుండా కల్లో కూడా
నిన్నే (దేముదవో మరేమోవో)--నేనూ తనూ
వెతికేందుకు నే పసువైనా తను శిసువైనా--
యుగళ గీతంలా భువన త్రయంలో--
తుంబుర నారదులౌతాము!!
