The moral to the society is to cleanse the education system with value additions of society and civility especially to put the core of values that humans are totally different from dogs and prevent them from behaving like carnivorous animals sick with lust behind rags. Rag pickers too are sensitive with hunger like all others and the girl folk of such deprived souls too have sensitivity as other girls of higher classes and their modesty too is to be equally valuable and count equally in respect of humanism. Let there be protection unbridled to all classes and there be no class distinction as far as government duty to protect the people is concerned. Crime has its roots in culpability and the home department should account for preventing such culpability . A person of Government or public employment receives such care and concern where as rest all die in silence with leaving no trace for people or government to learn what bad or crime is being done to them. Our dubious distinction to offer lacs or even crores when an upper strata suffers from humiliation/accident or advance onto body and the poor left to the fate or unseen is really a great crime and no GODS forgive the society for such a treason of rule. Mere amputation cannot cure the diabetic body. Severe thinking in day to day order and life life respect is to be percolated from the heart of rule book as well as rulers. Vigilance at micro levels of each individual in action communication and policing and protecting and the same at macro level in pursuing safe rule by removal of hunger, crime and undue enrichment and abstinence of duties may it be at any cost by government should be looked as primary duties of democracy.
